77.8% and 72.2% of the people think that it is because people did not see the light turn red and because people are in a rush to reach their destination respectively. And 28.6% think that people most often run the red light during rush hour in the afternoon (16.00-18.30). While an equal pecentage of 4.8% of the people think that run light running most often done in lunchtime (11.00-13.00) and at night (20.00-22.00).
