66.7% of the people feels Ang Mo Kio is safe due to the police regulations in the area. 61.9% feel that Ang Mo Kio is a safe place due to the number of traffic light cameras in the area. While 38.1% think it is because the traffic laws in Singapore (fines and etc.). However, 4.8% think this way because they feel that no one cares about the rules and 4.8% thinks that there are only little police in the area.

77.8% and 72.2% of the people think that it is because people did not see the light turn red and because people are in a rush to reach their destination respectively. A number of 27.8% think that this is because people are simply don't care about the rules and laws, and other 5.6% think that this is because of other various reasons.

61.9% of the people think that during rush hour in the morning (7.00-9.30) is the time people most often run the red light. And 28.6% think that people most often run the red light during rush hour in the afternoon (16.00-18.30). While an equal pecentage of 4.8% of the people think that run light running most often done in lunchtime (11.00-13.00) and at night (20.00-22.00).
