the successful conveying or sharing of ideas and feelings
Educators must be able to effectively communicate to all who are involved in student's success-students, teachers, family members, and administrators. Communication and Collaboration go hand-in-hand, so when we collaborate, we also communicate our ideas to others. Understandings are reached together by the students and teacher through communication; when students aren't comprehending materials, asking questions communicates it to the teachers.
My Spring 2023 presentation regarding the Lushootseed people, a Native population with origins in British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon, helped broaden my understanding of the land and people from my home state. My passion for the topic aided in my ability to clearly communicate the cultural ways of this population and the origin story.
A script, used when creating a play, musical, or story, guides the audience and performers to have an understanding of the purpose and meaning of the art while also learning plot points and intentions of lines. When creating the Sixth Amendment play, my partner and I communicated who the cast was and what their lines were to convey an example of the Sixth Amendment.

I used language to communicate my personal view points on the methodology of languages, theories many Linguists have developed, as well as a personal connection I have experienced in comparing language to others.
