MusicTechTeacher.com has some fun games that can help reinforce note reading. There are also some pages that help with learning notes. Some of these use flash animation and will need flash enabled to work. Since Flash is going away before long, they may eventually no longer work.

Music Racer is used for note reading tests. It does not teach you the notes, although it does show you the correct name of the notes if you get them wrong, so pay attention! 5th and 6th grade need to pass level A, and 7th and 8th grade need to pass A and B. It also has assessments for instrument fingerings and music terms.
Name That Note is simple but works well. There are several different levels you can select for different note ranges, and while it isn't specific to your instrument, it can be helpful for testing your knowledge.
Music Teacher's Games has some nice note practice games. The basic ones just assess notes on the staff, while the advanced ones use ledger lines.
