In advance art, we have the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. We were blessed to make a drawing of these wonderful kids in Cambodia, and got the chance to send them the drawing. Making the portrait of them was not easy and was one of the hardest projects I have done. What made it harder for me was knowing that at the end of this, we are sending the picture of these kids to themselves, and I really wanted them to like it. I had to make sure it looked good and that they would be happy when they opened it. Being allowed to make these kids smile is worth all the stress and worries over this project. When I finally finished the project, I was really happy with the way it turned out and couldn't wait to see their reaction.
