Self Portrait Drawing

This project took many weeks to complete with challenges and learning new skills that weren't easy. Before we even started drawing we had to learn how to shade a certain way that shows the details we need to show. During the process of drawing ourselves, we had to stop and take time to learn a new skill to add to it like the hair for example. Learning how to draw hair was such a learning experience and was such a great skill that can use for other projects. This project had some very frustrating moments but I learned how to apply the skills that I have learned and applied it to the drawing.

I loved this project and how it differed greatly from the others. I loved learning new techniques and how to add more details. I love painting and this project challenged me to improve my skills and learn new ones. It was fun painting a food that I loved and to be able to paint it was so fun.

This project took a very long time and a lot of concentration, but in the end, I was happy with the results. This project made you look very closely at where the details were and what direction they were going. I was happy that I got the chance to make something of my dog and be able to use the picture in the house somewhere.

This has been by far my favorite project all year. I love doing colored pencils, so being able to up my art skills while using colored pencils has been so much fun. It has also been such a learning experience, and understanding how to add more detail into one specific spot that I would usually never think of adding that detail. I'm so glad that we ended our 2DART class on this project.

This project was super fun to do and I'm so glad that I got to paint something that I see everyday. I painted this windmill because it has been at my house for like 50 years and my dad grew up with it. I loved learning new styles and ways of water color and being able to use it for this. I learned so much throughout my time in art and will use for other art activity's I will do. This project was super fun to do!
