I choose this paintbrush because I thought it looked really cool with the detail. I also choose this paintbrush because i thought it would be cool to do a common tool that you use in art, and I also love painting. I used a pencil and I learned about how to use the different types of pencils to do different shades. i also learned a more effective way to hold a pencil and to take my time. What inspired me was watching Mr. Langmaack take his time and concentrate. Also the way he used his eyes instead of his mind. My goal was to turn out with something I was proud of, I'm going to be honest, I'm not super proud of how it turned out but I learned how to make it better. My least favorite part about this is how the lines are kinda crisp. I wish I would gone lighter and then I would have been able to blend the shades together a lot easier. This is going to be a good reminder to take my time on my pieces and not rush them.

I choose to do a snail because I thought it would be a cool insect and also because I thought it would be cool to do the design on the shell. To paint this i used paintbrushes and paint. I learned how to add different textures with a paint brush and how to add different lighting. I was inspired by seeing everyone else's paintings and how good they turned out. My goal was to end up with an awesome snail and to be able to change the colors but it still look good. My favorite part was getting to experiment with different tools. I wish that the shell didn't take as long as it did, but that's all apart of the process!

For this I decided to do black and white on the outside and then put blue on the inside. I also decided to take chunks of clay out of the jar to add some spice. For this I used clay and glaze. My goal was to end up with a cool jar and I don't hate what I came up with. If i were to do this again I would change the shape and design. My favorite part about doing this was getting to do whatever I wanted and glazing it was also a lot of fun when we got to choose the colors.

My original idea was flower connected by vines, sadly that pot cracked so I took a different approach. I decided to make my pot more shallow then deep and to color it white so it can go in my room. I really like how the petals of the flower turned out but would've smoothed it more, if I could make any changes. My favorite part was getting to come up with different designs and in the end I'm glad with the design I went with, and I like it more then my original one.

This whistle took me a while to make because I struggled with getting the whistle to whistle. I had to remake this 5 times and I decided to make a mushroom because I thought it would look good. I really enjoyed designing all of this and getting it to whistle. I also enjoyed glazing it and being able to design it with color. If I could do something different I would've added more detail. But overall im happy with how it came out.

This water coloring painting was really fun to do. I had fun choosing an animal and doing different layer. My favorite part about the watercolor was getting to change the colors and getting to do the background. I learned how to do different layers to create more dimension and drama to the painting. I was not super happy with the outcome, I wish I had chosen a animal with more texture so that I could've added more dimension to it.

I loved this project. I thought it was super fun and something I had never done before. I am super happy with how my book came out and I thought it was super fun getting to carve the rubber, choose the ink and press it down. I would definitely do this again. My favorite part was getting to choose the ink and do different colored ink and getting to experiment with different colored and gradient patterns. This project was super fun and probably my favorite project!

This box was super fun and enjoyable to make. I like how I can use it and that I can know how I made it myself. It was fun because I got to work with metal, and a lot of different materials to make one object. I also thought it was gonna be pretty easy, but it did take some time but it was worth it in the end and I'm super happy with my result.
