For this project, I had the oportunity to paint a food. I decided to choose the cake that was made for my 16th birthday. For this project, we had to learn how to create shades, shapes and how to make the perfect shade for the painting. My least favorite part of this project was the cake's base. The cake's base color was really hard to get and it took many tries and it was very frustraiting. My favorite part was the couch. The couch's color took a little while but once I got the hang of it, it was super satisfying to see how it all came together. This project was fun but wasn't my favorite. I would definetly do it again but I personally prefer sketching with pencils or colored pencils. I would still recomend this project to a friend and I am so glad I got to do it.
