I used colored pencil for this practice piece, I did not complete as much of the face as the other ones and didnt really like how I was doing it. I thought the drawing was going alright but compared to the other two this one was on the same level as the chalk pastele drawing. Ive had some experience with colored pencils before but prefer regular graphite pencils or other mediums.

This was my traditional graphite pencil portrait practice which was by far my favorite one out of the three, I completed way more than the other two and the process was much more enjoyable. I have had much more experience with traditional pencil and it is much easier and enjoyable to make. I feel like using pencil will give me the best results to give amadu a great self portrait!

This was the chalk pastele drawing pracitcve I made, I found the pasteles to be very bold and I know they coudld be used to make a really artistic and dramatic styled portrait but I feel like a very timid and not brave artist unlike the other people at my table which made me too scared ot use bold colors and experiment, I hope that in the future I will be able to use this medium to make some cool pieces but for now Im too much of a coward to even try.
