You are dropped onto a deserted island with a small but charming population of locals. It is your job as the new meteorologist to predict where the storm will be coming from using your wind sock. Not only that, but you can also predict what kind of storm will be coming using a craftable barometer. In order to protect the island, you must create walls in order to keep the storm from destroying too many houses and villagers, or you will lose.
A major motivation for a significant number of the design decisions we included and pursued was that we understood how a model like this would get repetitive over time. For this reason, we wanted to include as many randomizing factors in our game as possible to make each gameplay experience unique.
