This temple was our first place on a city trip in Udon Thani. I saw several statues and what amazed me the most 😍 when I first saw it was the splendor of the temple with the statues of snakes which were believed to be guardians. We started looking around by taking off the footwear we were wearing and then exploring room by room 🚶
Udon Thani Museum is considered an important historical attraction of Udon Thani because; the story has been compiled of History of Udon Thani Province. And, at this museum, we got to know the story of Udon Thani in various aspects 🤩.
There were 2 floors that we can explore and too many good spots to take pictures 📸. Also, thank to Teacher Phet and our buddy, Eve, who explained to us cuz' we can't read Thai 😁.
As the day progressed, the weather got hotter, but that didn't reduce our joy in continuing our trip to this new place. We were given the opportunity to explore Chinese-Thai places. We walked from one of their places of worship to the museum where they keep items related to Chinese things.
There was a pond there which contains lots of koi fish, 'fla' in Thai said Eve and there were pigeons flying here and there. We can also buy fish or bird food if you want to feed it 🐦🐟
I love that we were given the opportunity to make pottery, and decorate our pottery. Wow such an EXPERIENCE 🥰🙆
Our second week of trip in Ban Chiang. the first time we arrived, we entered the room and they played a video about how ban chiang and pottery were discovered and formed. wow it's like we're watching a movie together. After that, we explored various ancient pottery on display there 💫 This time we were accompanied by our lovely teacher, Teacher phet and also our lovely buddies, Crystal, Eve and Muta 💕
One of the things I am most grateful for in Udon Thani was visiting the school farm 🤍. Meeting teachers in the village with their sweet smiles, and students who welcomed us warmly. The school was a school in a rural area supported by Princess of Thailand. There are many projects taught to students, for example teaching students to make money from their plantations, managing money, and so on. All programs are supported by Princess Thailand so that education is evenly distributed to rural areas. Thank you for welcoming us warmly!
I pray that the students there will always be happy and make all their dreams come true 🥰.
Get ready to fill your Smartphone memory! This place was filled with beautiful flowers that were a shame to miss a single thing hahaha 💐🌻🌸🌷.
Dear our lovely buddies (and teacher Phet also) thank you so much ❤
Thank you for inviting us and taking us to many places, my November is more meaningful because of you guys ❤❤❤❤❤
Muta and her family treated us to food at all u can eat. Muta's father has been very kind, even since our first meeting at the conference on November 2-3 2023. Thank you Muta and family for kindness, I am very touched and grateful to have met you ❤️ .
Wow, that moment was really spontaneous without planning. Our friends from UDRU, nun and ploy suddenly asked us to go to walking street. We went there by somload (? sorry, I don't know how to write it) I was surprised at that time because it turned out to be very crowded. We bought food on walking street and ploy bought us looottts of typical Thai food 🍡. I'm very happy to know people as good as Ploy and Nun, thank you ❤️❤️❤️.
The day before our return to Indonesia, Muta, took us to Nong Khai. A fairly long journey paid off by the beauty and tranquility of the Khong River. We could see Laos from the other side, wow I didn't expect to be this close to Laos. We took lots of pictures there, thank you Muta for being our photographer 📸, love yaa.. She also gave us lots of very cute gifts, uuuuu 😍.. when the sun was setting, we saw a very beautiful supermoon and people were getting ready to celebrate Loy Krathong when we left there.
Last night before we returned to Indonesia (AAAA why did time pass so fast 😭), Muta took us to Nong Prajak. There we met Teacher Phet, friends from the Philippines, and Sa, a friend from UDRU who did seateacher program at UNS 🖤... There we saw the Loy Krathong festival. Many people were floating their beautiful hand-made decorated Loy Krathongs, at the same time they prayed for themselves.
The end of my first journey aboard. Thank you Lord, thank you everyone. I will never forget this experience ❤️.
