Gooderham Building

The Gooderham building, also known as the Flatiron building, is located on 49 Wellington St. East, Toronto Ontario. The building was used as a office of the Gooderham and Worts distillery, right up until 1952. Then it was sold by the Gooderhams in 1957. In 1975, David Walsh and Robert Phillips bought it, and restored it. It was designed by the architect David Roberts Jr. and is now a heritage property.
