This is the original Conceptual design I was going for with the UI. The main ideas for the UI is that I want it to be simple and not too eye-grabbing (especially in the case of the HUD), and straight to the point with as little fluff so as to not confuse the player.
The way I've set up the scripts, it is required that the UI is all active at the start of the game or scene, it will then turn off what needs to be turned off.
