FOOD BANK
Hey NHS Members!
Drop off your donations to the Westwood Food Bank at the NHS bucket (yellow bin) at Mr. Shaw's room, D2402. Make sure to take a picture clearly showing yourself, your donations, and the drop-off bucket to log into Innerview!
Put your donations into a bag with your name and student ID on the bag, do not put any of your information directly on the donations.
Each donation is 0.25 hours with a cap of 1 hour! Although there is a cap on the number of service hours you will receive, donations past 4 items are always welcome, needed, and appreciated!
For your donation items, the expiry dates may not precede 8 weeks after the date of donation!!
What to Donate (0.25 points per item, 1 point cap)
Canned vegetables
Corn, Green Beans, Peas, Beans, Carrots, Mixed Vegetables, etc.
Boxed dinners
__ Helper, Ricearoni, Pasta, Etc.
Canned Meats
Chicken, Tuna, etc.
Canned/Single Serve Fruit and Jello
Breakfast bars, Single-serve cereal
Peanut Butter
Canned Soups
Only items from these categories will be accepted! Any loose or random items will be rejected. All items must be unexpired, and not to expire for at least 8 weeks.
What Not to Donate
ANY Perishable foods! Has to be able to last at least 2 months!
No old or expired food! New/recently purchased food and supplies only!
Any items not listed under "What to Donate", if you are unsure if we will accept a donation feel free to email us and ask!
If your items do not meet the requirements you will receive an email and must retrieve your bag.

Weekly Food Bank Organization(0.5 inside hours)
Weekly Food Bank organization opportunities will be held Thursday mornings at 8:15 am! Help transport donations to the Food Bank and organize and clean the shelves.
Make sure to sign up on Innerview and meet at Mr. Shaw's room (D2402) on the Thursday that you have committed to!
