This project brings together key concepts from three courses to create a comprehensive, holistic health promotion program. Each course contributes a different perspective—focusing on psychological well-being, behavioral change, and overall lifestyle practices—to support the whole person. By integrating these areas, the program emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and self-expression in building confidence and long-term wellness.
