Fitness : This fitness plan is based on the FITT-VP Principle, which stands for frequency, intensity, time, type, volume, and progression. The goal of the plan is to improve overall fitness by combining moderate aerobic exercise with muscle-strengthening activities throughout the week. Activities such as walking, yoga, cycling, and strength training are included to support cardiovascular health, build strength, and encourage regular physical activity. By spreading workouts across the week and including different types of exercise, the plan promotes balance, consistency, and long-term wellness habits.
Nutrition : This project explores concepts and summarizes units 1-9, forming my opinion on nutrition information and trends. Some topics examined are dietary values, recommendations for incorporated exercise, genetically modified foods, food deserts, and trending supplements.

It focuses on implementing practical, sustainable strategies such as mindfulness, education, and behavior change techniques. The goal is to promote long-term well-being by empowering individuals with tools and resources to make healthier lifestyle choices.
Spirituality : The purpose of this project is to demonstrate how integrating psychological and spiritual techniques—such as reflection, mindfulness, and self-awareness—can promote healing, balance, and personal growth. Ultimately, this work emphasizes the value of treating the whole person rather than focusing on a single aspect of wellness. The best way to maintain confidence isby honoring yourself.
