Community service and giving back to the community is also a value stressed in the PQ Ambassadors Program.
PQ Ambassadors volunteered to help the College Advisor, Ms. Gray, with the FAFSA Financial Aid Night for our PCHS seniors.
Several students also volunteered at the Hertford on Ice Event on February 17th and were greeters for the NERESA meeting on February 21st.

PQ Ambassadors helped out at the Hertford Grammar School's Movie Night (Narnia) at Camp Cale, where students passed out popcorn, drinks, candy, and helped clean up afterwards.
PQ Ambassadors helped out at the Hertford Grammar School's Duke Energy Science Night! They helped serve food, assisted with the book fair, and aided students in presenting their STEM projects.
Starting May 11th, many PQ Ambassadors have signed up to take part in Hertford's own Miracle League, a sports league founded to help special needs children enjoy the thrill of playing baseball.
These games will take place on Saturdays (9am-1pm) throughout May and June at the Perquimans County Recreation Department.
