What to Know About our Program - NJROTC is a high school program for students to participate in voluntary community service, develop leadership skills, gain discipline and life long skills to prepare for the near future the. We as a unit prepare our student cadets for life and help them pave a path using the skills they attained through our program. We celebrate our cadets through ceremonies, spreading positive and motivating attitudes, and promotions that they earned through the unit. We want to see our cadets succeed and have them use the skills they learn into day to day life.Â
