All of society needs to work together in our resolve. We have been taken aslave by these opioids for way too long and it is about time we put an end to it. Whoever you are, young, old, girl, guy, whether or not you have any relationship with any drugs at all. Tell one person something you learned. Inform ALL of this crisis so we can support each other while we build ourselves. YOU can make a difference. All it takes is a share!! Any social media you have, share this site. Share your stories. Share your opinions. We will no longer sit and wait to be devoured by this crisis, it is time we fight back.

I wanted to promote Narcan (Naloxone) in this section, Narcan is a nasal spray that reverses an opioid overdose in minutes time. It is an official brand used by first responders. I have seen that Narcan has only been beneficial, Narcan is not even potentially harmful even if done incorrectly or opioids are not present.

Debates against Narcan have been voiced through concerns of the misuse of it. A common argument to distibuting naloxone to opiate users is that doing so might encourage increased drug use. Studies show that a lot of opioid users consider Narcan a safety net and a lot of the time, first responders are going to the same families, houses, and people with Narcan. The use of naloxone in overdoses allows people with SUD to continue their habits. Also, that Narcan will prevent those same people from receiving legitimate treatment. Narcan is a temporary solution, it will not replace addiction. Heroes Carry Narcan.
