Hi, I'm Adarsh. I have been participating in MUN throughout high school as a delegate and a chair in various international conferences while also being a part of the Organising Committee for last year's SISMUN. MUN has been an experience that has helped me voice my opinions, tackle world problems and work together with other like-minded students and my goal this year as the Deputy Secretary General is to offer a similar experience for SISMUN 2027.

Hello! My name is Annika Lubin, I am in 10th grade and currently an active member in the SISMUN organizing committee. SISMUN has played a major role in my school life at SIS where I have had the privilege to participate in a wide variety of conferences. These experiences include both international and local conventions in which I have met a striking range of empowering students. The opportunities an individual can receive from these meetings and social interactions are endless and my ultimate goal is to share and promote the advantages of contributing and being a part of the MUN mission! I can’t wait to learn from others, collaborate with the international community and partake in SISMUN26!

Mini-MUN Secretary-General
Hi, I'm Anna. I've been a part of the MUN program at SIS since 7th grade. Over the past years I have taken part in many conferences within a range of committees, in school as well as abroad, as both a delegate and a chair. Experiences like these have shaped my perspective on world issues. I have had many such experiences before, and now I would like to help contribute to the enjoyment of other delegates in hopes that the memories made during these conferences last, both through the product of their debates, and the people they meet. I would love to explore this opportunity to help organize conferences like the ones I have participated in and enjoyed so much in the past - letting other delegates have the same privilege I had. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to be part of the organising committee and to help make MUN conferences like SISMUN valuable experiences for all participants.

Hi! My name is Beatrice, currently a 9th grade student at SIS, and a member of the SISMUN organising committee. Mun has had a significant impact on me, and I want to ensure that every delegate feels the same "spark" that I first felt in 6th grade. Having been inspired by the countless chairs and organisers who have made conferences unforgettable, I aspire to create that same impact for those of you coming to join us at SISMUN 2027!
Teacher Leader for the SISMUN team
Hello, my name is Malene Schmidt and I am a DP teacher in Geography and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) at SIS. My journey with Model United Nations (MUN) started back in 2012/13 when the school decided to restart its MUN program. I was the supervisor for this important student-led initiative until 2019 and since 2023, I am back. The ambition is to gradually open the SISMUN conference to other schools both within and outside Sweden.
