4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Opening Ceremony and Opening Speeches (60-90 sec / delegate). 10 speeches per committee=30 on total

5.30 PM – 6:15 PM: Workshops in groups on Speechcraft (room 421), The Art of Caucusing (room 415), Resolution Writing (room 423)

6:15 PM – 7:00 PM: Official Gathering  - Pizzas (included within the fee) in the Lunch room

FRIDAY | January 29th, 2027

8.30 AM – 10.00 AM: Visit to idea

(Afternoon Hours ) Potential Visit to the Museum (Living History Forum) 

4:00 PM – 5:45 PM: Committee Session I (optional remaining Opening Speeches) - moderated caucus

SATURDAY | January 30th, 2027

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Arrival and Morning Briefing

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Committee Session II - blocks and resolution writing

11:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Break

11:15 AM – 12:45 PM: Committee Session III - resolution debate

12:45 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch Break - Light Lunch Provided in the lunch room

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Committee Session IV - resolution debate

3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Break - Swedish fika (coffee) in the lunch room

3:15 PM – 4:00 PM: Guest speaker round table in the AULA

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Closing Ceremony with best delegate rewards
