Tree Frogs Follow Rules

Tree Frog rules are posted in our studio and reviewed frequently to be sure all learners are aware of the studio expectations. Curious about our studio rules and expectations? Ask a Tree Frog friend!

We practice using our safe walking feet in our studio, in the hub, and while moving around the inside of our school to avoid any tripping, slipping, or falling that could be prevented. We save the running for outside!

We practice using a quiet voice in our studio, in the hub, and while moving around the inside of our school to make sure we are allowing our other Helicopter friends to focus on their work. We can use a louder voice outside on the playground.

We practice cleaning up after ourselves in the studio, in the hub, and while outside on our playground because we are learning to become responsible for the materials we enjoy using. When we are able to clean up after ourselves, we make it easier for others to use studio/ school materials and are learning that we must take responsibility for our own actions.

We practice using our "happy hands" all around Hampton Primary because we know that we would want others to use happy hands while interacting with us. "Happy hands" are for helping, high fives, gentle pats on the back for encouragement, and of course - for sharing!
