DoDEA IT Division has created a new Contingency Support Application that is available via DoDEA Connects. This platform enables IT Customer Support Services (CSS) to more effectively resolve connectivity issues for DoDEA personnel working remotely. This applies to personnel working remotely without Virtual Private Network (VPN). Please use this resource to submit service requests only if no other means are available to submit a request due to problems connecting to the DoDEA network. If you can connect to the DoDEA newtork remotely, but are still experiencing issues, submit a service request through the Global Service Desk.
DoDEA Connects is hosted on the ServiceNow platform and only requires a Common Access Card (CAC) to login. The platform does not require VPN connectivity to access or submit a service request. This platform will notifiy CSS staff that remote personnel are experiencing issues requiring support even if those indiduals are unable to connect to VPN.
