Please notify the classroom teacher and/or the front office NO LATER THAN 30 minutes prior to dismissal if your child/children will not ride the SAC bus or for any changes at the dismissal time.

Email the forms by email along with a picture of the student from the shoulder up.
All students in grades 1st and below are required to have a parent/guardian escort to and from the bus stop.
