This will be my 9th year teaching. I have taught in America and in South Korea. This will be my 3rd year teaching at OES. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Yes! I am a Cowboys fan. I am married and have 2 children 10 and 4.
I look forward to our time together throughout our learning journey this year.
Hello, 5th Grade Families!
My name is Mrs. Seen, and I’m thrilled to be one of your child’s 5th grade teachers this year! Originally from the Philippines, where I was born, raised, and taught for seven years, I moved to the United States in 2006. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in North Carolina, Washington, and Colorado, and this year marks my 26th year in education.
I live in Colorado with my husband, Mr. Seen, and our two boys. When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book, hiking with my family, crafting, or simply relaxing. I cherish spending time with loved ones and have grown to love winter activities like skiing and snowboarding during our seven years here in Colorado.
I’m excited for the year ahead, filled with fun, learning, and new adventures. I can’t wait to embark on this journey and make this school year truly special!
Hello Families! My name is Rommel "Lee" De Leon and I've been an educator for over 20 years, with experience teaching Kindergarten, 3rd, 4th, and currently 5th grade. I'm happily married and a proud father to a fifth grader.
I was born in the Philippines, but spent most of my younger life in San Antonio, Texas. living in South Korea for almost 25 years, I now call South Korea home.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy eating great food, staying active through exercise, and exploring new places through travel. I'm excited for the upcoming school year and all the learning adventures ahead!
