If your child is anticipating an absence, they will need to print this form and take it to each of their teachers to notify their teachers of the absence and get instructions for the completion of assignments that will be missed.

All athletes must have a current sports physical on file with the nurse before attending the first practice for any sport. Physicals are valid from
one year from the day it was issued. We accept physicals from the United States as well as local physicals but they must clearly indicate that the
student is cleared for all sports. It is highly recommend that students use the sports physical form but it is not mandatory.

The DoDEA Online Registration for Students (DORS) is now operational. Please visit the DORS web page to register a new students or update information for an existing student.

Space-available enrollment status applies to students wishing to attend BAS and are not USA Department of Defense Military or USA Department of Defense Civilian sponsored students.
Please complete the attached documents and send one complete packet back to BrusselsEHSRegistrar@dodea.edu

Please ensure that you complete all sections as directed and write clearly in English (typed is preferred). Please note all documents must be translated into English. Only packets that are complete will be accepted for enrollment consideration.
Once the completed packet is received and all required documentation verified, your name will be placed on the waiting list.
Waiting list applicants will be informed of their status in August of 2021.
