Use this link to find some great brain breaks for when you need to get the wiggles out.

A google meet invitation is linked to our office hours and meeting times. Click "Join meet". Please help students mute their microphones unless they are speaking. If they have a question, they should type a question mark in the chat box to the right. When they are called on by the teacher, un-mute the microphone and speak. This will keep students from talking at the same time.
