The winner will be randomly chosen from the entries and will be notified via Instagram direct message at 12:00 pm CST on October 29, 2023.

METHOD OF ENTRY
Likes and comments of their favorite pickleball paddle are to be submitted to the official Instagram giveaway post offer. This is an Instagram-only promotion. There is no alternative method of entry.

This giveaway is valid only in Wisconsin. It is valid only for participants 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Dink Shot reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entry that violates the rules of Instagram or Dink Shot’s social community rules, which can be found at https://sites.google.com/student.cvtc.edu/dmcdinkshot/social-community-rules.
LIMITATIONS
One like and comment of their favorite pickleball paddle per person. Only one free play for a year card will be given. Entries will not be accepted by our employees or their families and will be excluded before the winner is randomly chosen. Acceptance of the prize permits Dink Shot to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received (1 total number of eligible entries). No purchase or fee is required to enter or to win. A purchase does not improve the odds of winning. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Giveaway is only available in Wisconsin.
GIVEAWAY BEGINNING AND END DATES
Giveaway entries will be accepted via the official Instagram account at dmcdinkshot between October 24, 2023, 11:00 pm CST, to October 28, 2023, 11:59 pm CST. The winner will be randomly chosen from the entries and will be notified via Instagram direct message at 12:00 pm CST on October 29, 2023.
PRIZE
Dink Shot will provide one year-long free play card to the winner. The winner will have the card shipped to their provided address. If the card is lost or stolen after Dink Shot provides the card to the winner, Dink Shot will not provide an additional one-year-long free play card. No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted. The winner will be chosen using a random generator. The results will be video recorded and saved for four years.

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to Dink Shot utilizing the participants’ name, likeness, and work for promotional and publication purposes with no further compensation of any kind. Void where prohibited by law.
