One foot in front of another. This simple motion is what allows humans to roam around the Earth and through the realm of athletics, those who can repeat this motion the fastest are typically at an advantage. Seeing how some people are naturally better than others at executing this innate motion, this observation fueled me to dive deeper into the logistics and complexity that is the art of sprinting. Through my APUSH class that I took as a junior, I was exposed to the intricacies that revolve around the research process. Learning how to weave my way around difficult topics, I'm excited to apply the skills to a project that I'm highly passionate about.
