FMP plans to meet with mentees every other Wednesday during lunch (12:15-12:53). During these meetings tutors will either meet one or in groups with mentees to help them with school subjects that they are struggling with. Every couple of meetings, there will be a mentoring meeting where the meeting will be in group form and all tutors will help to discuss successful school strategies. FMP plans to meet with tutors at least once a month if not more than once a month to discuss planning for tutoring and the process they have made with mentees. During these meetings, old businesses, new businesses, and suggestions will be discussed. Every tutor should come prepared and ready to help.
