Creative Writing Club is a space for both new and experienced writers to have time to write and learn from and share with each other. Members can explore different genres, experiment with styles, and read new kinds of writing with opportunities to write, publish, and/or learn, like workshops and prompts, to pop up throughout the year.
The purpose of our club is to provide disabled and sick patients with joy through music. We plan to host events at rehabilitation centers, retirement homes, and hospitals for Dreyfoos students to perform for and interact with patients. People who stay at these facilities do not get many opportunities to go out and do activities, so something as simple as seeing a performance can make their day. Along with performing at these facilities, we plan to stay after our performances to demonstrate how our instruments work, answer any questions, and get to know each patient. Music provides people with an outlet to express themselves, and it is an amazing experience when people who are not usually exposed to it get an opportunity to see somebody share that. This club will not only benefit the patients we visit but provide all students at Dreyfoos with a chance to share their art.

The purpose of our club is to provide a safe space during lunch for students to learn or practice everything knit and crochet related. We want to encourage our peers to branch out of their comfort zones and pick up a productive hobby, making friends along the way. We also have numerous volunteer opportunities that involve creating memorable gifts for those in need.

To help, teach, and inspire a new team of slam poets. We go over a variety of aspects of spoken word performance such as movement, writing the poems, and creating memorable performances.
The goal of the Tri-M Music Honor Society is to inspire music participation, create enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate a desire to render service, and promote leadership in the music students of our school. We provide a space for music students to celebrate their musical achievements, grow in their appreciation of music, and use their musical talents to benefit the community through events both in school and outside of school. Tri-M events include music workshops, volunteering at community concerts, and other opportunities. We also host a weekly music theory tutoring service. Music students in grades 10-12 are welcome to apply for membership and will be expected to earn Tri-M service hours and maintain good standing in the music department.
