We started our My Favorite Things Project on August 18th! We first started with our word document, which had our categories, and we had to write the things that we like. I do not know how long this took, but it took pretty long. Then, we had to find our images using an Advanced search option in Google. We found 18 images, and then we had to find 2 more to use as backups each picture just incase, which adds up to 27 images. We had to put the link of the pictures in our word document. Each image had to be at least 8 MP. Working on the images took around a week and a half if my brain is correct. After that, we worked on our My Favorite Things Titles using Photopea AT FIRST. This process took about a week? I can't remember. After THAT, we created our websites and started adding stuff to it. We added our pictures we made, the pictures from google, and about us. We then started working on our actual video! Crazy right! I added my pictures, and started working on it. In Premiere, we had to do keyframing on the images from Google! The layout of Premiere might look very intimidating, but once you know the basics, it's actually really easy! For the video, I added some spice to it. I used the Color Correction effect for all of the categories. And, I also used this one effect on my category images where it distorts your image, and I was able to keyframe it! For the Credits Background, I used After Effects to add that effect, which is called CC Flo Motion. I keyframed the effect and made it move around! (sorta). The transitions were pretty easy, since Cross Dissolve is my default transition, I selected all of the images and pressed CTRL + D. Cross Dissolve is basically it just fading in and fading out. This project was very fun! All of the images and the video are down below.
