i wanted to ask open ended questions to benifit my research. instead of just asking yes or no question i will get opinion based answers instead of data based. this will help me especially for my research into whether piano is dying out because if the answers about the genres and influtial pianist are people and genres from decades ago its first hand proof that its dying out. Also having other peoples opinions will improve my research because the knowledge and opinions i already have on piano only goes so far but then adding more information and getting the publics point of view on it broadens the information i can write about.
