My sophomore year in Spanish 2 class we were studying a town Guatemala. We were to give a presentation on the geological, cultural, and social characteristics of the town. To get a better understanding of the geography of the town i used a google street view app on my virtual reality headset to virtually walk the streets of the town I was studying. I could see buildings, signs, and shops all over town. The problem was that the only way to demonstrate this to my class was to have each student use the headset which wasn't practical for the presentation. So I got online and found a chord and adapter to connect to the class's smart board. I used it during our presentation and everyone loved it.

My sophomore year in earth science class we were studying ecosystems and their components. We were tasked with creating an ecosystem and presenting it to the class. I chose to my virtual reality headset to draw a 3d model of a savanna ecosystem in virtual reality. I drew trees, dirt, ants, monkeys, elephants, and termites. I presented it to the class and I got a 100% on the project.
Innovative Designer/ Computational Thinker
During my 12th grade wrestling season I was not drinking enough water. I tried to set reminders on my phone but I would always forget how much I had drank that day. So I decided to create a water bottle that would track how much water I was drinking. Things like this had already been created but were all way too expensive. So I bought the supplies and started to teach myself the basics of coding though online tutorials and videos. It took about a month of casually learning code before I started construction on my bottle. It actually ended up being easier than expected and in a couple week I finally had created my bottle.
Creative Communicator/ Global Collaborator
I use the virtual world to interact and communicate through live video streams where people discuss various political and socioeconomic issues. These debates feature people from various political backgrounds. It is seen as a safe space where right and left-wing political activists can speak their minds and have open discourse. I personally have published comments and discussed with people that held different views than my own in an attempt to find common ground.
