Right now, with so much news and information circulating over the internet, over text alerts, and personal conversations, we are all feeling the anxiety and the fear of what this situation will look like. I included some kid-friendly videos as well as some local resources with more information if you or a family member is experiencing ongoing stress from Covid-19. Remember it is always ok to ask for help as many of us feel isolated. Reach out to your people. Encourage your kids to reach out to their people. And try to think about who YOU can reach out to who may be afraid to ask for comfort.
