This year the AGM will be conducted using Google Meet as the video conferencing platform.

Here is some guidance information to help you log in to the Google Meet meeting:
Make sure you have a stable internet connection
A compatible device and software that supports Google Meet
A computer. Use the current version of one of these browsers:
Chrome Browser.
Mozilla Firefox.
Microsoft Edge.
Apple Safari.
Smartphone

Tablet.

The Google Meet joining info is: http://meet.google.com/hvs-nunc-pnj
You may be asked to sign in to your Google account if you haven't already.
Follow the prompts to allow access to your camera and microphone, if needed.
Once you're in the meeting, you can adjust your audio and video settings as needed, mute or unmute your microphone, and turn your camera on or off.
During the meeting, be respectful and professional, and follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the organizer or moderator.
Familiarization
It's also a good idea to familiarize yourself with the Google Meet interface before the meeting so you know how to navigate the various features and settings.
