My goal in creating this portfolio was to provide insight into who I am as an educator. It is my hope that by celebrating achievements made by my students, highlighting significant areas of growth in my instructional practices, and acknowledging the many professional contributions I've made to my school community will serve as testament to both the quality and strength of my skills as an educator as well as my undeniable passion and love for teaching.

As suggested, I have used the New York City Teacher Tenure Decision Making Framework as a guide for organizing and identifying evidence to include in this portfolio (see copy of framework below).
