Some of the advantages to having a Service Agreement are: 

• Emergent same day/after hours repairs are guaranteed

• Temporary heat is guaranteed in circumstances where restoring heat is not possible/safe

• Temporary A/C also may be offered in circumstances where restoring A/C is not possible/safe

• Any repairs/replacements are discounted by 10% to Service Agreement Customers

• We keep track of scheduling maintenance for Service Agreement Customers

• We have a designated phone for service agreement customers so you are able to reach out after-hours and on holidays in emergent circumstances.

• We work with trade partners (each the best in their trade) to offer additional services available to you with a service agreement including routine house cleaning, carpet cleaning, dryer vent and/or duct cleaning, gutter cleaning, chimney cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, landscaping, pest control, septic services, etc.  I would be happy to provide the details and cost of any services you are interested in. 

This program went into effect on 1/1/25 and as of March 1st, we no longer offer after-hours service to customers who do not have a service agreement and our normal line goes to voicemail after hours.
