Up until the sale of the fuel oil delivery division of our family's business (2023) the primary focus of most of our agreements was taking the best care of those customers that partnered with us for both fuel purchase and HVAC system maintenance/ repairs. Over the past 20 years, as the industry has changed, our team’s focus has slowly shifted to focus solely on HVAC, plumbing and electric system design, installation, maintenance and repair. With the final step of this process having been taken, we have spent countless hours with our team, partners, friends and customers ensuring that a new design of our Service Agreements will help us create the best experience possible for those who choose to partner with us. Our goal is to create a closer relationship between our Family at Paupack and our Friends who choose to partner with us through our new Service Agreements. 

One of the most important changes we have made with this in mind has been promoting Jeff to a Service Management position. Jeff has been an important part of our Paupack Family for over 15 years and has worked with many of you directly to ensure your heating/cooling systems have been properly maintained and repaired. Working with Ashley in our office, Jeff has played a huge part in the design of our new agreement structure. Jeff & Ashley’s help, handle the scheduling of our service technicians for routine maintenance, scheduled repairs and emergent repairs. The decisions that Jeff & Ashley make on a daily basis help us turn situations that can be stressful and upsetting into opportunities for us to show you the support we have for our partners.

Some of the advantages to having a Service Agreement are: 

• Emergent same day/after hours repairs are guaranteed

• Temporary heat is guaranteed in circumstances where restoring heat is not possible/safe

• Temporary A/C also may be offered in circumstances where restoring A/C is not possible/safe

• Any repairs/replacements are discounted by 10% to Service Agreement Customers

• We keep track of scheduling maintenance for Service Agreement Customers

• We have a designated phone for service agreement customers so you are able to reach out after-hours and on holidays in emergent circumstances.

• We work with trade partners (each the best in their trade) to offer additional services available to you with a service agreement including routine house cleaning, carpet cleaning, dryer vent and/or duct cleaning, gutter cleaning, chimney cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, landscaping, pest control, septic services, etc.  I would be happy to provide the details and cost of any services you are interested in. 

This program went into effect on 1/1/25 and as of March 1st, we no longer offer after-hours service to customers who do not have a service agreement and our normal line goes to voicemail after hours.

• 24/7/365 emergency repair service for plumbing, heating, and air conditioing equipment

• 10% discount on all repairs, replacements, and installations

• Guaranteed temporary heat/air conditioning offered in circumstances where our technicians are unable to make a same-day repair to your system

• Two (2) yearly maintenances of your HVAC equipment (managed and scheduled by us)

• One (1) monthly visit to check functionality and condition of systems (includes any maintenance found to be needed prior to the next scheduled maintenance)

• 24/7/365 emergency repair service for plumbing, electric, heating, and air conditioning equipment

• 10% discount on all repairs, replacements, and installations

• Guaranteed temporary heat/air conditioning offered in circumstances where our technicians are unable to make a same-day repair to your systems

• Direct contact with both Installation and Service managers for feedback and requests outside normal scheduling

• Option to divide yearly agreement billing into even interest free monthly payments
