8th Grade

My Background

I was born and raised in the Maryland suburbs of Washington D.C. After graduating from high school and attending junior college, I enlisted in the U. S. Air Force where I spent the next four years doing many exciting things. Upon leaving the Air Force, I moved to the beautiful state of Utah and continued my education. After graduating and getting married to my wife, Kris, the two of us left Utah and headed to California. Forty years and two daughters later (both of whom are SRS graduates) I still enjoy the challenge and fun of working with the students and my colleagues here at St. Robert!

Education

• After nine years of Catholic education (K - 8) with the Sisters of Notre Dame, I continued on to Archbishop Carroll High School in Washington D.C. with the Augustinian Fathers. Upon graduation, I attended Prince George's Junior College in Maryland for two years and then signed up for another type of education, four years in the Air Force! Upon leaving the military, I moved to Utah and attended Weber State University where I received both my teaching credential and a B.S. degree with a composite major in History, Political Science, and Economics and a minor in Sociology.
