My Background

Mr. Baker has been in Catholic Education since 1992 and has been on staff at St. Robert Catholic School since 1996. Mr. Baker has taught in grades kindergarten through second grade and has been part of teaching faith formation for Reconciliation and First Communion. Mr. Baker believes in meeting students where they are in their academic journey. Through learning goals, learning centers and individualized plans Mr. Baker helps students succeed academically, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Whatever classroom Mr. Baker finds himself in it is filled with songs, puppets, stories and rhymes to help students internalize lessons and keep engaged with the material throughout the day. As part of being in a Catholic School environment, faith formation is integrated throughout the day into lessons, social interactions and classroom management allowing for everything to lead back to Christ.
