I’m Haley. To be honest, Strange & Selfless didn’t start in a boardroom or after some fancy training. It started in that heavy, lonely place where you feel like nobody is really looking at you—and even if they were, they wouldn’t understand. I didn't let that feeling make me bitter; I let it make me move. I decided to turn that ache into a place where the world feels a little softer for the next person.

 I’m not just a CEO; I’m a human with many layers. I’m a wife, a mother, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and someone living with chronic illness. Those aren’t just labels to me—they are the reasons I know exactly how it feels to navigate systems that weren't built for us. I know what it’s like to need a hand and feel like you have to "perform" your struggle just to be seen as worthy of help.

 Strange & Selfless is a lived experience turned into a movement. I didn’t take this role because I had a perfect plan or a flawless résumé. I took it because I’ve been the person rebuilding from scratch. I’ve been the one holding everything together with nothing but grit and pixie dust, just wishing someone would show up without a clipboard full of judgmental questions.

 I don’t lead from a desk—I lead from the ground. You’ll find me on porches, in parking lots, and in grocery aisles. I’m there for those quiet moments where someone finally exhales because they realize they’re safe. I’m not here to "fix" you. You aren’t a project or a problem to be solved. I’m here to witness your strength, honor your story, and build a bridge where the world tried to build a wall.

 My leadership is pretty simple: be real, be consistent, and don’t flinch. I believe in a community where you don't have to "audition" to belong.
