✏️ Mrs. McCracken's Class✏️

This is my fourth year in education, and I love being a teacher! I have my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Southwest Baptist University and my master's degree in Literacy from Missouri State University. I taught second grade for a year before switching to kindergarten, and while I love both grades, there is just something so special about kindergarten! 

My goal this year is to instill a love for learning in my students!  Our classroom will be filled with learning, laughter, creativity, and plenty of "aha!" moments. Whether we're learning letters, reading stories, solving problems, or celebrating accomplishments, my goal is for every child to feel successful and loved. I can't wait to meet my newest group of kindergarteners and watch them learn and grow this year. 

When I'm not in the classroom, I love to spend time with my family and friends! I just got married this past summer to my husband, Ryan. I also have a spoiled dog, Milo, who I love to take on walks and car rides to get ice cream. I love staying active by working out at the gym and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy reading, baking, and attending a good ole' country concert!
