WELCOME TO THE ST. PAUL CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL THEATRE PROGRAM

Central's theatre program offers an inclusive and comprehensive theatre arts experience to all students.  We offer a wide variety of theatre classes, where students study acting, musical theatre, technical aspects of theatre, playwriting, and other rotating topics.  Students sharpen their craft through in-class collaborative work and/or theatrical productions.  We offer three productions per year, including a student-directed cabaret.  We invite you to explore this site for more information and to come experience our cabaret in February (see dates, below).  From all of the theatre program staff at Central, we look forward to meeting you.

Cabaret!

Next up for theatre at Central is our student-directed cabaret.  With Dr. Karen Palmen as advisor, our student directors are leading this group of 19 students in an exciting showcase of musical theatre and popular music that you won't want to miss!
