Here are some examples of school-wide AVID goals: 

All students will know how to take focused notes and will use them in their classes.

All students will have access to a planner and will use it in all classes.

All students will use an organization system to keep track of their work and materials.

We will increase college awareness throughout the school.

All teachers will use critical reading strategies to improve reading comprehension in all classes.

We will increase the use of AVID strategies for collaboration in all classes.

We will increase the use of AVID writing strategies in all subject areas.

At Creative Arts, we use WICOR strategies in ALL classes to meet our AVID Instructional goals.
