These Workplace Innovation modules are a self guided curriculum whose primary learning outcomes include:

  • Describing one's problem space & scope of work

  • Understanding Project Based Learning (PBL) & Innovation Management

  • Grasping the basics of ethnographic research methods

Special thanks to the Lyle S. Hallman Foundation’s support of The Meaningful Contribution for Healthy Youth Development Pilot Project that has allowed GreenHouse to:

  • Make this content available online to the broader Waterloo Region community

  • Deepen its work in supporting young people from diverse backgrounds and those who face multiple barriers


Lessons learned from this 2019-2020 pilot project with 27 youth from the Waterloo Region have been incorporated into this curriculum
