Designing Panel 3 of 3

Since this panel will be faced the opposite direction than the other two, I've decided that the last panel will be designed off of the wallpaper.  

I very much like the birds and the large tulip-like flowers, so I'll focus on them.

Below is a basic sketch as to what I plan on focusing on.
