Chop Suey Club

In 2015, Ruoyi Jiang started Chop Suey Club, featuring contemporary Chinese design, art, and lifestyle items of various different brands. In 2016, the retail store opened. Over the years, the once quiet, residential neighborhood gentrified and changed greatly, becoming a destination place in downtown Manhattan.

Jiang runs the store with three employees and manages the store's Instagram account, posting not only product introductions, but also lifestyle content and memes. While not as active, the business also has a TikTok and Pinterest account.
