2026 Parking Exemptions

Please be advised that street parking enforcement will be suspended during the following holiday periods:

Independence Day July 4, 2026

* Begins: Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 12:01 a.m.

* Ends: Monday, July 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Labor Day September 7, 2026

* Begins: Friday, September 4, 2026, at 12:01 a.m.

* Ends: Monday, September 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Thanksgiving November 26, 2026

* Begins: Friday, November 20, 2026, at 12:01 a.m.

* Ends: Monday, November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Christmas and New Year’s December 25, 2026 – January 1, 2027

* Begins: Friday, December 18, 2026, at 12:01 a.m.

* Ends: Monday, January 4, 2027, at 11:59 p.m.

Regular parking enforcement will resume immediately following each suspension period.

Please note that the Recreation Center office will be closed during these holiday periods. Residents needing fobs, transponders, decals, or other Association-related assistance are encouraged to complete their business prior to the holiday closures.
