If you have a maintenance issue to report, you are now able to do so online through the Vantaca system. Reports through Vantaca are updated with notes from our staff to ensure you know your issue was addressed. 

Simply login to your Vantaca account to use this feature, click 'New Request' on the Dashboard page and follow the prompts. If you have questions about logging onto Vantaca or how to submit your first issue, please contact Manager@StoneybrookHOA.com.
