Some residents have expressed an interest in modifying the bylaws that govern how our community is managed, and which our Board of Directors are legally bound to enforce. The process is generally summarized as follows:
'A homeowner(s) wanting to propose an amendment needs to get the signatures of 25% or 237 of the homeowners to present to the Board. The Board will then call a special meeting to vote on the amendment. With a quorum established by those attending in-person or by proxy, a majority vote will pass the amendment.'
